Collier County, Fla.— May 30, 2023: Kevin Turner has been named Chief Deputy Supervisor of Elections for the Collier County Supervisor of Elections office. Turner has been employed by the elections office since 2006 most recently serving as the Training and Outreach Director.
Turner earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Sports Management from Pfeiffer University in North Carolina, and he received a Master’s of Public Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University. He is a Certified Elections Registrar/Administrator (CERA) through Election Center and is a Master Florida Certified Elections Professional (MFCEP) through the Florida Supervisors of Elections, Inc.
Kevin is an alumni of the Associate Leadership Collier class of spring 2010 and the Leadership Collier class of 2018, both offered by the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce.
“In addition to his election experience and education, Kevin has over 20 years of training and leadership experience and has proven his dedication to the office and to the voters of Collier County. Originally from Northeastern Ohio, Collier County has been Kevin’s home for the past 20 years. His wife of 17 years, Leslie, is a native Naples resident and they reside in North Naples with their son and daughter.
