Collier County, Fla.—February 9, 2018: The City of Naples Election results have been officially certified. The results include ballots cast provisionally, by mail, and in person on Election Day.

Of the 14,816 eligible voters within the City of Naples, 25.49 percent cast a ballot:

·         1,603 ballots cast by mail

·         2,173 ballots cast on Election Day

TOTAL: 3,776 ballots cast

In compliance with Florida law, the Canvassing Board will conduct a manual audit of the election at the Supervisor of Elections office on February 14 at 10 a.m. The manual audit is open to both the public and media for observation.

The audit requires that the Canvassing Board randomly select a precinct to be manually audited. During yesterday’s meeting, the Canvassing Board randomly selected Precinct 416.
