Collier County, Fla.— November 14, 2018: The Collier County Canvassing Board has ordered a manual recount in the Collier County Judge, Group 2 race.

Per Florida law the Canvassing Board will order a manual recount in a local election if a difference of less than one quarter of one percent of votes cast for an office exists between candidates.

The recount will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 15 at the Supervisor of Elections office, 3750 Enterprise Ave., Naples, FL 34104.

Any additional federal, statewide and multi-county manual recounts, if applicable, will be announced after the Florida Division of Elections receives second unofficial results from all counties.

The public and media are invited to attend all Canvassing Board meetings and to observe the recount..
