THE VOTING RIGHTS RESTORATION AMENDMENT

The Voting Rights Restoration Amendment (Amendment 4) restored the voting rights of Floridians with felony convictions after they complete all terms of their sentence including parole and probation. The amendment does not apply to those convicted of murder or sexual offenses. If you have questions about whether your voting rights have been restored, please review this document.
