NEWS RELEASE: Next Week Is the Last Week to Vote Early in the August 14th Primary Election

Naples, FL – If you are planning to vote early, next week is the last week of Early Voting which will end at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 11th. During the first week, 4,731 voters cast their ballot at one of seven Early Voting sites.

Any eligible Collier County voter may vote during Early Voting. Before heading to one of the seven Early Voting sites check the wait times by visiting www.CollierVotes.com, and clicking on the link labeled ‘Early Voting Wait Times’. You may also check wait times by accessing our mobile site and clicking on the link labeled ‘Early Voting Sites.’

Early Voting is offered Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the following seven Early Voting sites:

  • Everglades City Hall – 102 Copeland Avenue N
  • Naples City Hall - 735 8th Street South
  • Supervisor of Elections Office – Government Complex, 3295 Tamiami Trail East
  • Marco Island Library – 210 South Heathwood Drive
  • Golden Gate Library – 2432 Lucerne Road
  • Library Headquarters – 2385 Orange Blossom Drive
  • Immokalee Library – 417 North First Street

Voters are reminded to bring a current photo and signature identification to the polls. Acceptable forms of identification include a current Florida driver license, DMV issued Florida ID card, U.S. Passport, debit or credit card, military ID, student ID, retirement center ID, neighborhood association ID or public assistance ID. If your photo ID does not include your signature, you will be required to provide an additional form of identification that provides your signature. Voters without the proper ID will be allowed to vote a provisional ballot.
