PUBLIC NOTICE OF CANVASSING BOARD CONDITIONAL SCHEDULE AND RECOUNT DETERMINATIONS

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Collier County Canvassing Board will order a recount of the City of Naples Mayor and City Council races on Friday, March 22, 2024 following the issuance of the 1^st Unofficial Results. 

The Collier County Canvassing Board will hold the following recounts and meetings on Saturday, March 23, 2024:

• 10:00 a.m.: Public Testing of the Tabulation Equipment

• 11:00 a.m.: City of Naples Mayor and City Council Machine Recount

• 4:00 p.m.: 2^nd Unofficial Results and Manual Recount Determination

• 4:15 p.m.: City of Naples Mayor Manual Recount

• 5:00 p.m.: City of Naples City Council Manual Recount

The Collier County Canvassing Board will hold the following meeting on Friday, March 29, 2024:

• 5:05 p.m.: Review of Overseas Vote-by-Mail ballots, and Official Certification. 

All Canvassing Board meetings, including the machine and manual recounts, will occur at the Supervisor of Elections office, 3750 Enterprise Ave., Naples, FL 34104.

Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal decisions made at this recount they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose they need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

Persons with disabilities requiring reasonable accommodations to participate should call the Supervisor of Elections office at least 1 hour prior to the meeting.

This notice is provided pursuant to F.S. 102.141(7) and F.S. 286.0105, has been posted pursuant to F.A.C. Rule 1S-2.031.
