Collier County, Fla.—December 28, 2021: The Collier County Supervisor of Elections is piloting a ballot tracking program for voters who cast their ballot by mail during the 2022 City of Naples Election. BallotTrax has the capability to send email notifications as well as text and voice notifications reporting the status of a voter's ballot during an election. Voters whose email address is on record with the Supervisor of Elections and who have a Vote-by-Mail request on file for the City of Naples Election will automatically be enrolled in the BallotTrax program and will receive an email notification reporting the status of their Vote-by-Mail ballot.
“With the rise in popularity of voting by mail, this added notification program will strengthen voters’ confidence in knowing their Vote-by-Mail ballot was received and counted by our office,” Jennifer J. Edwards, Supervisor of Elections.
Voters will still be able track their ballot via the Supervisor of Elections’ website at www.CollierVotes.gov/TrackMyBallot and can sign up for BallotTrax or update their notification options on their website for future elections.
