Collier County, Fla.— September 15, 2023: The Collier County Supervisor of Elections is proud to announce its support and active participation in National Voter Registration Day which falls on September 19 this year.

This annual nationwide event serves as a reminder of the fundamental importance of voting and is an opportunity to encourage and assist eligible citizens in registering to vote. Members of the Supervisor of Elections office will be in the Collier community the entire week including at assisted living facilities, at the annual Marco Island Area Association Realtors Tradeshow and at local high schools for their High School Voter Registration Challenge.

“Our community thrives when its citizens are actively engaged in the electoral process,” Melissa Blazier, Collier County Supervisor of Elections. “National Voter Registration Day reaffirms our commitment to voting as we gear up for a busy election year.”
